Government Publishes Draft Amendments to Mandatory Licence Conditions

The Draft Amendment Order, published last week, will make changes to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Licensing Conditions) Order 2010, notably, as anticipated, surrounding irresponsible drinks promotions. These changes are due to come into force on 1 October 2014.
