Jonathan joined Joelson as a trainee in September 2018 after receiving a 2:1 in his law degree from the University of Cambridge and a Commendation in the LPC from BPP Law School in Holborn. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Jonathan spent 10 years working in the fine wine and hospitality industry as a consultant, restaurant manager, sommelier and educator to both high net worth individuals and drinks companies. In his spare time Jonathan plays a great deal of cricket and is also a member of Middlesex County Cricket Club, enjoys fine food and drink and attempts to travel to new and varied countries on a regular basis. On occasion he teaches both professionals and non-professionals about Japanese Sake (he speaks Japanese having previously completed a degree at SOAS, University of London).
“Joelson helped us at a crucial time in our business as we took on our first investors. They supported us with introductions, useful advice and made handling all the practicalities of relevant transactions very easy. They were friendly and easy to work with as they understand the nature of start-ups. We’ll continue working with them as we continue growing.”
