Jennifer is a Partner in the Employment and Immigration team at Joelson with over 15 years’ experience advising on all aspects of employment law.
She develops strong and longstanding relationships with her clients who value her responsive, collaborative approach and the practical, strategic guidance she provides.
Jennifer advises businesses and senior executives across a broad range of sectors, including retail and hospitality, media and technology, professional services, recruitment, healthcare and not-for-profit.
She has expertise advising at board level on strategic workforce planning, complex employee relations issues and organisational change. She is also experienced in workplace investigations, enforcement of non-competes, employee departures and represents her clients in employment tribunal litigation.
Jennifer acts for senior executives in negotiating complex severance packages, including compensation, bonus and equity entitlements. Her vast experience advising both businesses and individuals gives her a balanced and pragmatic perspective when resolving disputes and negotiating successful outcomes for her clients.
Jennifer delivers in-house training on employment law developments and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and The Law Society.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and cycling and spending time with her young family.
