At Joelson, we recognise the importance of helping others and putting something back into the community and the importance of creating a fair and equal, internal working environment and ensuring that our business operates ethically.
We are proud that our firmwide charity we have chosen to support in 2020 is The Brain Tumour Charity. Every year we also offer work experience mentoring placements to a local school. A key aim of ours is to further reduce our negative impact on the environment by reducing our carbon footprint.
Ensuring our employees feel engaged through working in a diverse and inclusive workplace is of the utmost importance. We are proud that we have as many women as men working here at Joelson.
This year, we feel it is important to shine a light on our clients’ businesses which are delivering innovative goods and services that have either been hit particularly hard during the pandemic, as well as those that are especially relevant – which is why we are pleased to be spreading the word about VirusJet.
As we continue to support The Brain Tumour Charity this year, we have decided to take on the Twilight Walk through the month of October to raise money.
The UK Government’s Furlough scheme comes to an end on 31 October 2020, leaving many employers and employees in an uncertain position.
