Joelson, the leading West End London law firm, announces the appointment of Jennifer Mansoor as a Partner in its Employment and Immigration team.
Jennifer joins with over 15 years’ experience advising on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law. She advises businesses and senior executives across a broad range of sectors, including retail and hospitality, media and technology, professional services, recruitment, healthcare and not-for-profit.
She advises at board level on strategic workforce planning, complex employee relations matters and organisational change. Jennifer has significant experience in workplace investigations, enforcement of restrictive covenants, senior employee exits and Employment Tribunal litigation. She also advises senior executives on negotiating complex severance arrangements, including compensation, bonus and equity entitlements.
Jennifer’s appointment reflects Joelson’s continued investment in its Employment and Immigration team. The team continues to see increasing demand for strategic, partner-led advice, particularly from growing national and international businesses.
Paul Chiappe, Managing Partner at Joelson, says:
“We are delighted to welcome Jennifer to Joelson as a Partner. She has a brilliant track record advising businesses and senior executives on complex and strategic employment matters, and will enhance the depth and seniority of our Employment practice.
Her pragmatic, solutions-driven approach and commitment to building long-term client relationships make her an excellent fit for Joelson.”
Jennifer Mansoor, Partner (Employment) at Joelson, says:
“I am thrilled to be joining Joelson at an exciting time for the Employment and Immigration team. The firm’s reputation for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to businesses and senior executives strongly aligns with my own approach.
I look forward to supporting clients as they navigate increasingly complex workforce challenges and to playing an active role in the continued growth and development of the Employment practice.”
