Joelson, the leading London law firm, has advised Charlie Kerr and the management team of With Intelligence, provider of investment intelligence for fund-raising in public and private markets, on a majority stake investment by Motive Partners, a specialist private equity firm focused on financial technology.
Intermediate Capital Group has also invested again in With Intelligence, after their initial investment in With Intelligence in 2020, which Joelson also advised the management teams on.
This investment will accelerate With Intelligence’s growth enabling them to grow the private markets offerings and execute the next phase of the partnership and M&A strategies.
Joelson has worked closely with Charlie and With Intelligence since he started the business over 20 years ago and Joelson continues to work alongside With Intelligence on all key legal matters including a variety of legal project and M&A transactions.
Joelson’s Corporate team was led by Managing Partner, Phil Hails-Smith supported by Charlie Pattihis, Harriet McDonald and Daniel Burke.
