Joelson, the leading West End London law firm, announces today it is bolstering its Corporate & Commercial practice with the hire of Una Deretic, as Partner.
Una brings over 20 years of experience advising companies at all stages of their lifecycle, ranging from SME’s to large multinational corporations. She has significant M&A expertise and extensive experience of supporting clients in relation to a broad range of strategic business transactions, including group re-organisations and restructurings, joint ventures and debt and equity financings.
Una works with clients across a range of industry sectors. The addition of Una will complement the consumer, retail, healthcare and technology sectors that Joelson already operates in.
Before joining Joelson, Una was a partner at a central-London law firm.
Joelson offers an extensive range of legal services including Corporate, Property and Litigation, and Employment and Business Immigration, to clients across many sectors.
