Alfie is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team at Joelson, having joined the firm in April 2025.
His experience includes a broad range of matters focusing on private acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, debt and equity financing, and general corporate matters.
Outside of work, Alfie enjoys running, football and reading.
