Charlie Pattihis
Charlie is a Senior Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Team, having joined in December 2021 as an Associate.
With extensive experience in advising on a range of corporate matters, Charlie’s particular expertise includes private M&A and private equity transactions and working alongside both early-stage and established companies on various issues from group reorganisations, debt and equity investments, shareholder arrangements and general corporate matters.
Charlie has diverse sector experience, with a focus on technology, natural resources, consumer and business services.
Charlie’s dedicated approach to understanding clients and building relationships make him a trusted adviser, helping clients achieve their strategic business objectives.
Outside of work, Charlie is a big sports fan who enjoys rugby, fitness and golf. He also has a keen interest in dog training and behaviour.

- Acting for the Co-Founders of Little Moons, a successful premium dessert brand, on a significant minority investment by L Catterton
- Advising Addison Lee, the largest London-based premium taxi and car company, on the acquisition of Green Tomato, Brunel and Travelhire
- Acting on the sale of Nash Bond, a specialist retail property practice, on their sale to Savills Plc
- Advising Pentad Alliance, owner of cutting edge, New York-based, global creative & production studio, Versus on their acquisition of the AI driven brand engagement platform, Codec
- Acting for AB Group on multiple investment and development loans and supporting arrangements
- Advising Chrysos Holdings on the conditional acquisition of the gold mining operations of Eldorado Gold, a Canadian listed entity
- Advising John Mills Limited, the online and TV marketplace, on a reorganisation of the group and the subsequent carve out of certain group shareholdings ahead of its resulting sale
- Acting for Powervault, a green energy tech company designing and making high quality solar batteries for homes and businesses, on the conversion of a future fund convertible loan and associated funding round
- Acting for Lineten, a specialist online platform builder, on various investments and a shareholder reorganisations
