David’s decision to enter the legal profession was fueled by 80s TV show L.A. Law and a desire to follow in family footsteps. He qualified in 1996 and later became a partner in JD Law’s Corporate & Commercial department. He joined Joelson on merger in April 2016.

His commercial experience includes distribution, agency, services, supply and other commercial agreements, terms and conditions of business, merchandising, e-commerce and technology matters.
