Libby joined Joelson in 2023 as an Associate in the corporate and commercial team. She deals with a broad range of corporate transactions, in particular private M&A, investments, venture capital and private equity transactions, as well as general corporate law matters.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys travelling, hiking and all things food related!
