Harriet joined Joelson in 2015 as a Paralegal and qualified into the Corporate and Commercial team in 2019.
As a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team, Harriet deals with a broad range of corporate transactions, in particular mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, general corporate advice and investments. She acts for a wide range of clients including SMEs, start-ups, family owned business and entrepreneurs.
