Jake is an associate in the Real Estate team. He has experience working for landlords and tenants on a broad range of commercial freehold, leasehold and licencing transactions across a wide range of sectors including retail, life sciences, finance, and property investment.
Jake acts for borrowers and lenders in relation property financing and has experience acting for developers and landowners across the lifecycle of renewable energy projects including solar, battery and EV charging.
In addition, Jake works closely with the Corporate and Commercial teams with the property elements of corporate and finance transactions, be they sale or acquisition.
Outside of work, Jake is a cat owner and keen (Tag) rugby player, currently back in training with the GB squad who are looking for more silverware at the 2026 World Cup.
