Jonathan has over two decades of experience advising business leaders and HR practitioners on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Jonathan is regarded as a trusted adviser and first port of call on employment law matters across a number of industry sectors to clients of all sizes, ranging from large international publicly listed / Fortune 500 companies to owner-managed businesses and charities. He also advises individuals at the senior executive and board levels.
Jonathan advises clients on employment strategy, engagement, reward and disputes, including executive terminations, restraint of trade issues, the employment aspects of corporate transactions and all other day-today human resources issues. He is also experienced at handling employment disputes. That includes representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including multi-day discrimination claims. He has also acted for clients at the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal, as well as in injunction actions at the High Court.
