Katie Braddell
Katie joined Joelson in 2025 as a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Her experience involves:
- Mergers & Acquisitions: supporting both buyers and sellers through the entire M&A process, from initial negotiations to final execution;
- Start-ups & Growth Companies: fundraising and corporate structuring to enable a company to scale;
- Private Equity: supporting clients across the entire investment lifecycle;
- Corporate Structuring: setting up companies, advising on bespoke corporate documents including articles of association and shareholders’ agreements, reorganisations and family investment companies.
