Maryam is a solicitor in the Property Litigation team and deals with contentious commercial property and residential matters. Maryam has experience acting for corporates and high net worth individuals on a wide range of property disputes involving property possessions, lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, dilapidations, restrictive covenants, rent repayment orders and the reasonableness of service charge.
Maryam qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and has been based in the West End since 2023. Maryam joined Joelson in February 2025.
Maryam is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
