Rebecca joined the Commercial Litigation team at Joelson in October 2024 having qualified as a solicitor in March.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in 2015 from Southampton University and having spent some time living overseas, Rebecca went on to achieve a Distinction in the GDL from the University of Law in 2019. She subsequently achieved a Distinction in the LPC Masters in Law, Business and Management in 2022.
Rebecca has experience working with multinational corporations, SMEs, and high net worth individuals. This expertise includes a wide variety of corporate and commercial disputes including contractual disputes, fraud claims, defamation, breach of director/fiduciary duties, shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence claims, employment, commercial property litigation, and construction adjudication.
Rebecca also has experience in privacy and data protection, as well as business development activities.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys live music events, scuba diving during the summer, and skiing and snowboarding during in the winter.
