Sylvia joined Joelson’s Corporate and Commercial team in 2023 and is dual qualified in England & Wales and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Joelson, Sylvia was based in Hong Kong and was a capital markets lawyer advising both investment banks and listed companies. She also has vast experience in advising on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, venture capital investments, joint ventures and general commercial matters.
When Sylvia is not at work, she can be found at the gym or any aerial sports studio in the city.
