Una has significant M&A expertise and extensive experience of supporting clients in relation to a broad range of corporate transactions, including group re-organisations and restructurings, joint ventures and debt and equity financings.
Before joining Joelson, Una was a partner at a central-London law firm.
Una is fluent in Croatian.
