Life Connect - Restore

Join us for a breakfast bowl and real conversation this month as we go round the table to discuss restoration and rejuvination.

Do you feel rested? Are you getting enough rest? What does it take to properly restore? It seems like most people are experiencing some degree of burnout in the modern world today. Many have forgotten what it feels like to be fully rested or have given up trying in the face of overwhelming demands from work and life. In this session we explore sleep and other key factors for getting rest so that you be happier, healthier and show up for work and life at your best.

Come along if you:

  • would love to sleep longer or better
  • can’t remember when you last felt truly rested
  • think that some degree of exhaustion is a normal default
  • realise you’re not always showing up with 100%
