Joelson, the London law firm, has advised its long-standing client Clarion Events on the acquisition of Chinese event company Media 10 (Shanghai) Exhibition Company Limited from Media 10 Limited.
The acquisition secures Clarion Event’s place in the Chinese events market, and further contributes to an already strong global presence, now operating over 300 events in more than 40 countries worldwide.
The transaction was led by Corporate Partner, Phil Hails-Smith, who was assisted by corporate solicitor Harriet McDonald, together with additional transactional support from our employment team.
