Joelson, the leading London law firm, has advised Crosta & Mollica, a B-Corp certified branded specialist Italian focussed grocery business, on its strategic investment by Perwyn Advisors Limited UK (Perwyn), a leading European private equity investor. Joelson acted for the Founder James Orr and all other shareholders of Crosta & Mollica on this transaction.
Crosta & Mollica, founded in 2009, can be found in leading supermarkets across the UK and Europe and have achieved exceptional growth through their reimagining of contemporary Italian classics using premium ingredients and traditional techniques “Made in Italy”.
Perwyn’s investment will support the business as they maintain their momentum in the UK as well as continuing their international expansion through their values around sustainability, quality, authenticity and the passionate goal to bring people together.
Joelson team was led by Managing Partner, Phil Hails-Smith supported by Associates Chinedu Onuchukwu and Shuk Fan Lau together with solicitor Rajiv Samani.
