Rajiv joined Joelson in 2023 as a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial team.
Rajiv has experience in advising clients on broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and equity and debt investments.
Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Rajiv studied Economics at University College London and subsequently studied the Legal Practice Course part time whilst working as a legal assistant in a commercial litigation team.
Outside of work, Rajiv is a big sports fan, with a particular interest in watching and playing golf, cricket and football.
