Joelson, the leading London law firm, has advised Pentad Alliance, Inc., owner of cutting-edge, New York-based, global creative & production studio, Versus, on its acquisition of Codec.ai, the London-based business providing its award-winning, AI-driven cultural intelligence platform to brands around the world to help them drive growth.
