Joelson has provided independent advice to the founders and management team of Brady Solicitors, the specialist property management law firm, on securing investment from LDC, the private equity investor that is part of Lloyds Banking Group. The investment will support the firm’s next phase of growth, including continued investment in its people, technology platform and market-leading services, alongside targeted acquisitions to further broaden its reach and strengthen its specialist proposition.
Headquartered in Nottingham, with an office in London, Brady Solicitors provides specialist legal services to managing agents, resident management companies, leaseholders and freeholders across the UK. Founded by CEO Clare Brady in 2008, the firm has established itself as a leading adviser within the property management sector, recognised for its specialist expertise, client service and technology-enabled approach.

The investment marks a significant milestone in Brady Solicitors’ growth journey and will enable the business to accelerate its long-term strategy, expand its service offering and continue supporting clients operating in an increasingly regulated market.
Joelson provided independent legal advice to the founders and management team of Brady Solicitors on the legal terms of the transaction alongside the sell-side legal team.
