We advise individuals and corporate clients on a full range of reputation management matters including those involving defamation, misuse of private information, unlawful processing of personal data, breach of confidence, copyright infringement and harassment.

We assist clients in dealing with potentially adverse press coverage at a pre-publication stage. We are well versed in advising clients as to the process of engaging with requests from journalists to ensure that our clients are provided with details of the allegations to enable them to take appropriate action.

Where legal proceedings are necessary, we work fast to ensure that our clients are able to seek protection from the Court, often in terms of obtaining interim injunctive relief and proceedings for defamation and/or the misuse of private information. In many instances, protection for our clients will include advising them in respect of harassment by third parties and seeking immediate relief from the Court.
