SRA Transparency Rules

As of December 2018, law firms providing certain specific types of services are required to provide pricing information on their websites.

Please note that these are indicative costs associated with certain limited areas of our practice only.

The SRA rules require us to provide costs in relation to the following services:

For members of the public:

• Residential conveyancing
  (Freehold sale or purchase, leasehold sale or purchase, mortgages and re-mortgages)
• Employment tribunals
  (claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal)
• Immigration
  (excluding asylum applications)

For small businesses:

• Debt recovery
  (up to £100,000)
• Employment tribunals
  (defending claims for unfair or wrongful dismissal)
