Catherine is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Litigation team at Joelson.
She advises a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, SMEs, corporations and international organisations, on complex and high-value disputes. Catherine is known for her strategic, pragmatic approach and works closely with clients to help them navigate contentious matters effectively.
Catherine has extensive experience acting in proceedings before the County Court, High Court, Court of Appeal and Competition Appeal Tribunal, as well as in international arbitration. She advises on a wide range of commercial disputes, including fraud claims, shareholder and breach of directors’ duty disputes, professional negligence claims, anti-competitive behaviour matters, defamation, intellectual property infringement and contractual disputes.
Her experience spans a variety of sectors, including media, finance, education, leisure, mining and technology, giving her a strong commercial understanding of the challenges faced by businesses operating in different industries.
