Emma is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial team. Her work includes advising clients in respect of a broad range of matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, shareholder arrangements and general commercial matters.
Before qualifying as a solicitor, Emma spent three years working as a paralegal in a Real Estate team assisting with strategic land development and leasehold matters. Emma completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course after having undertaken a degree in Business Management.
Emma is a keen cyclist and has completed a 300-mile London to Paris ride to raise money for charity.
