Harry is a solicitor in our Corporate and Commercial Department.
Harry has experience advising clients on supply, franchise and concession agreements, GDPR compliance as well as M&A transactions, joint ventures and general corporate matters.
Before joining Joelson, Harry gained a distinction in his combined Legal Practice Course and Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law. He has also been awarded with multiple scholarships to study Mandarin Chinese in both Beijing and Taipei and speaks Mandarin at an advanced level.
Outside of work, Harry’s interests include rock climbing, cinema and all things food-related.
