Harry is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial Department and his practice includes advising clients across a broad range of sectors including food and beverage, transport, innovation and technology, e-commerce, marketing and sports.
Harry has experience advising clients on commercial agreements including in relation to supply of goods and services, franchising, IP licencing, software as a service (SAAS) and research grant funding. Harry also advises clients on compliance with data protection regulations.
Before joining Joelson, Harry gained a distinction in his combined Legal Practice Course and Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law. He has also been awarded with multiple scholarships to study Mandarin Chinese in both Beijing and Taipei and speaks Mandarin at an advanced level.
Outside of work, Harry’s interests include rock climbing, cinema and all things food-related.
