Myles has played an important role in some of the most significant developments in the UK during his career. He worked previously as in-house construction counsel for Canary Wharf Group PLC’s construction group, and has acted for many of the UK’s leading developers.
Myles is a specialist in all areas of UK Construction law. He has experience in advising clients on all legal aspects of construction projects, looking after their interests and assisting them to achieve their objectives.
Myles has extensive experience in the residential, commercial, retail and leisure sectors, and in all forms of construction projects procurement, including design and build, construction management and forward funded developments.
Myles heads up our construction department which also specialises in modern construction projects, including co-working and co-living, senior living, and modular building projects.
Myles is highly regarded in acting on development finance transactions for a host of property finance lenders.
Myles also assists clients on dispute resolution cases, including with regards to defects and payment issues, time and money disputes and health and safety issues, professional negligence cases; and also advises on issues involving construction insolvency and insurance.
