Oliver is a Senior Associate in the Property team having qualified as a solicitor in 2013. He has extensive experience in advising clients in relation to their commercial property transactions, including acting for both landlords and tenants on lease matters and sellers and buyers in connection with freehold sales and acquisitions.
In addition, Oliver assists both lenders and borrowers in relation to funding for deals involving investment, development and refinance opportunities as well as acting for clients with regard to the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.
Oliver is experienced in supporting landlords and tenants, property investors, developers and lenders from a range of sectors including retail, banking, manufacturing, logistics and care provision.
