British Airways data breach: Airline fined £183m after credit card details stolen

The airline is to be fined by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) following a data breach that saw the loss of half a million customer’s personal data. As our very own Matthew Overton puts it “finally, the regulator shows its new, improved, and noticeably sharper GDPR teeth”.
