Joelson, a leading west end London law firm, announces today its exclusive community partnership with the British Asian Entrepreneurs HQ (BAE).
The BAE was founded in October 2022 and is a community with a mission to inspire, connect and scale British Asian Entrepreneurs andwhose aim is to build the infrastructure layer for British Asian founders, investors and leaders to empower the community to grow and thrive.
The two founders of BAE are Amardeep Parmar and Gurvir Riyat. Amardeep was the second fastest growing writer on Medium.com after Barack Obama in 2020-21 and Gurvir Riyat has vast experience in the finance world with positions at Kindred Capital and Pantheon Ventures. Together they have released over 90 podcasts and host regular monthly events.
Earlier this year, Joelson achieved B Corp certification, joining an exclusive group of just 10 commercial law firms in the UK to receive certification. With this certification, Joelson is now part of a global network of over 7,000 businesses dedicated to balancing purpose with profit.
Joelson’s partnership with BAE reflects their commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Many founders in the BAE network are pursuing ESG focused strategies and are looking towards B Corp accreditation in the future.
