Rajiv is an Associate in the Corporate team at Joelson.
Rajiv deal’s with a broad range of transactional and advisory work for both private and public companies, including acquisitions and disposals, corporate finance, restructuring and reorganisations, AIM work, IPOs and general commercial work.
Rajiv in particular enjoys working with startups, entrepreneurs and management teams of venture capital backed companies as they look to grow their businesses.
Rajiv is the lead contact in Joelson’s exclusive legal partnership with the British Asian Entrepreneurs HQ (BAE). BAE was founded in October 2022 and is a community with a mission to inspire, connect and scale British Asian Entrepreneurs and whose aim is to build the infrastructure layer for British Asian founders, investors and leaders to empower the community to grow and thrive.
Before qualifying as a Solicitor, Rajiv studied Economics at University College London and subsequently studied the Legal Practice Course part time whilst working as a legal assistant in a commercial litigation team.
Outside of work, Rajiv is a big sports fan, with a particular interest in watching and playing golf, cricket and football.
