Joelson, the leading London law firm, has advised the shareholders of Pulsin Limited (“Pulsin”) on its sale to S-Ventures plc (“S-Ventures”). Pulsin is the well-established plant-based nutrition company selling healthy protein bars, snacks and keto bars. The sale adds significant value to S-Ventures’ health and wellness foods portfolio.
Joelson’s Corporate team was led by Partner, Phil Hails-Smith, and supported by Solicitor, Louis Dresner.
