Joelson advises Pageant Media on its acquisition of Pension Funds Online

Posted Tuesday 1st June 2021

Joelson, the leading London law firm, has advised Pageant Media on its acquisition of Pension Funds Online, the go-to information source for UK and European pension funds.

The acquisition of Pension Funds Online complements the existing portfolio of Pageant Media, the global business information products, targeted at asset allocation and fund-raising.

Pension Funds Online organises up-to-date financial and contact information for pension funds, in the UK and Europe, through a modern, searchable digital interface.

This is the third consecutive deal that Joelson has advised Pageant Media on over the past year. The deal has strengthened Pageant Media’s portfolio even further in the UK and expanded their investor intelligence product offerings.

Joelson’s Corporate team was led by Partner, Phil Hails-Smith and supported by Solicitor Emma Vantine together with employment Partner Jennifer Maxwell-Harris and employment Senior Associate, Reema Jethwa.

Phil O’Toole, Chief Financial Officer at Pageant Media, said:

“Joelson have once again been our go-to advisers for this acquisition. They always guide us carefully through the acquisition process with excellent communication and fast response times. We are delighted to have partnered with Pension Funds Online and look forward to the next phase of our business journey. Thank you to Phil and the whole Joelson team for the excellent result”

Phil Hails-Smith, Partner at Joelson, added:

“Really pleased to have advised Pageant Media on their acquisition of Pension Funds Online and proud to say we have worked with Pageant on many deals for over 10 years. At Joelson we thrive on our longstanding relationships with clients to support them on their growth and expansion journey. We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Pageant on this transaction and are delighted to be part of their growth and on-going success.”
