The Corporate Team is led by a group of partners with a wealth of sector experience. This allows them to support their clients with strategic corporate advice.
The strategic advisory services are deployed through formal and informal Board appointments with client companies.
The Corporate Team also lead the firm’s Corporate Counsel function. This entails the appointment of a Corporate Partner to act as an external Corporate Counsel with oversight of the Client’s legal requirement and budget. Corporate Counsel Partners are used to supporting CEOs and CFOs and reporting to Boards in this function.
